• Encouraged Timing: At Piquora, we believe in building genuine connections. Users are encouraged to share contact details only after establishing trust with their match. This is best done during or after a successful date to ensure both parties feel secure and comfortable.
• Monitoring and Alerts: Our platform uses advanced detection mechanisms to identify messages containing contact-sharing patterns. When such content is detected, the user will receive a friendly reminder about this policy, and the message may be blocked to prevent violations.
• Privacy and Safety: Piquora prioritizes user privacy and safety above all else. By restricting contact sharing within the app, we aim to create a controlled environment where users can interact without the risk of unwanted attention or external interference.
• Policy Enforcement: Violating this policy repeatedly may result in corrective actions, such as warnings, temporary account restrictions, or permanent suspension. These measures are in place to ensure a safe and respectful community for all users.

• User Content: By posting content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.

• Premium Services: Piquora offers paid features ("Basic & Premium Services"), such as enhanced search capabilities or profile boosting. These features may be available through a subscription plan, which will auto-renew unless canceled.
• Payment Methods: You must provide valid payment information when purchasing Basic and Premium Services. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions and acknowledge that failure to provide timely payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to Basic and Premium Services.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in the case of fraud, technical errors, or at our sole discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Piquora. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. • Data Retention: We reserve the right to retain or delete data associated with your account upon account termination, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
• Electronic Communications: By using the Site, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to email notifications, promotional messages, and updates about the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
