Copyright Policy

Piquora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Piquora has adopted the following Copyright Policy.

All content and materials provided on the Piquora website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of Piquora or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the use of the Piquora website. You may not modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any of the Content without the prior written consent of Piquora, except as permitted by law.

Users may submit, post, or share content (such as profile pictures, posts, messages, etc.) on the Piquora website ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and share such content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright.

By posting or uploading User Content to Piquora, you grant Piquora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of Piquora.

If you believe that any Content on Piquora violates your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or other specific location on the Piquora website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If you believe that your User Content was removed or disabled as a result of an incorrect copyright infringement notification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement by you that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Piquora may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original infringement claim or their legal representative.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Piquora may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Piquora reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Piquora website following any changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
